The drive up service is very efficient, even when the line is long.
DoorDash’d 2 large caramel macchiatos, iced. Got milk and caramel, no coffee to be found. Never again Starbucks.
I only use the drive thru during rush hour, it's slow. Delays because of large orders can be up to 10 minutes. (Just last week)
The team in the location is so kind, professional, hardworking, calm and collected. They were absolutely slammed this morning and were clearly understaffed, but were working at an insane pace to keep up with the in-person AND mobile orders. Genuinely so impressive. That said, I wish Starbucks could have either sent additional staff or turned off mobile-ordering or done anything to help this hardworking crew not have to work at such a pace. It looked incredibly stressful and I know I wouldnt have been able to keep up.
