The worst Starbucks location In this area. I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to Lawrence park or Newtown square location. Today a red haired staff member tried to give me a beverage that I watched them hand into the car in front of me (in error) in the drive through, then accept the beverage back through the window after it had been in their possession in their car, and then try to give that same beverage to me when I pulled up to the window next. Who ever made my coffee this morning cannot follow simple directions. I got triple espresso shots and clearly states to add room and EXTRA ICE!!!!! The lovely barista yesterday did an amazing job and made my drink wonderfully. Today idk who made it but it was not made correctly and ice was melted. What a waste of money and time.
I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and they made it totally wrong. It was just a regular mixed iced coffee and when I asked them they gaslit me and said no that’s drink. Despite the picture on the menu being something totally different and that I’ve gotten it weekly. It’s upsetting because usually the staff and drinks are great.
