Called to confirm lobby is open at 6:30 pm. And was told yes. Turned out to be a waste of gas. Won't be coming back again, even when they are open.
The baristas are always nice, speedy, and proffessional. I just have a bone to pick with the way that sweeteners are combined with the actual flavouring of things. If I order a chai latte with half of the amount of sweetener. I still would like the same amount of chai. Why am I being punished with a hot milk drink for not wanting it to taste like a cinnamon roll? Would like to be able to change it up sometimes, but I guess it's just black coffee for me. The moment we walked in myself and my two boys that are six years old we were welcomed with a beautiful smile and service. The woman at the front even looked at my sentence said oh would you like to play harmonica for us because he brought his harmonica and was playing a little bit of music. They were very pleased and pleasant to work with. The girl who was in drive thru 3/31 at 3:57 pm was rude, clearly didn’t want to be at work and has horrible customer service. Please put someone else. She was brown skin with a swoop and ponytail.
