Hi, I’ve been a regular customer at this location for a long time and usually have great experiences. However, around 4:30 PM today, I ordered an iced espresso and a sausage cheddar egg sandwich. On this hot summer day, I stopped by this Starbucks location hoping to get a cup of iced water. I’ve done this before without issue, but this time, the woman at the front counter informed me I had to make a purchase in order to receive water with ice. I explained that due to the heat, I simply needed something to cool down. I’ve been going to this location for years but today I decided to never go back again because today they refused to sell me from the drive through while I’m on my E bike which I been doing for a while since the summer started and none of the employees had an issue or ever mentioned anything about it but the person working today is not as professional and straightforward refused to sell me unless I go inside.
