I had a hundred points to redeem so I got my usual which is a tall dark roast and four shots of espresso into my personal cup. Not only did it seem to take longer than usual, almost 15 minutes, but when I got my coffee back it looked short meaning less than what I normally get. I asked the same person who I placed the order with are you sure that the four shots of espresso are in this one cup of tall dark roast coffee, she said yes she just poured them.
