This is the worst managed Starbucks in the entire state of Virginia. Nobody’s happy drinks are not made right and it takes forever when you go inside because they cater to the drive-through.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. Whenever I order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, it’s either extremely sweet or comes with an ill-fitting lid. Only once in a while is it made the way it should be. Today’s order was especially disappointing. I only took two sips because it was so overwhelmingly sweet that it gave me a headache. I think more consistent training and quality control are needed to ensure drinks are prepared correctly every time.
This store has changed so much for the better over the last few months!! Keep up the great work
Absolutely amazing experience! The staff was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about making every customer feel appreciated. My drink was made perfectly, quickly, and exactly how I ordered it. The store was clean, and had a comfortable atmosphere that made it a great place to relax for a bit. Excellent customer service and consistently great quality, this location definitely goes above and beyond!!
