Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’m not even the type to complain at stores they just refused to remake a drink after they themselves dropped it twice.
I asked to make oat milk hazelnut latte with extra cream on top. They did caramel without cream. I didn’t like it.

Two older ladies worked there. They didn’t help me and just was talking with customer.
By far best matcha, coffee I’ve ever had. They definitely make it with love and care. Highly recommend. And the employees are just saints love them
