This star bucks was very nice and welcoming. all the staff had smiles on their face. and the kind lady at the register ella helped me out a lot because i don’t go to starbucks a lot and she helped me pick the perfect order!
My drink didn't have the ingredients it was supposed to have
I was in the durmiendo thru. I ordered my 3 drinks and they had most of my order I correct. That wasn't the worst part. When the drive thru guy handed my drinks, knowing I was by myself he did not ask if I wanted a cup holder. I had to ask for it. Here is the worst part. He handed me the cup holder with just one drink in it. So of course the drink fell as he was handing it to me. It fell all in my door, my left thigh and the left side of my car seat. Staff was extremely rude and extremely rude and very dismissive. I get a coffee every morning. I'm almost at reserve status. And to be honest, they're just extremely rude. I would not recommend this specific location
