Absolutely ridiculous experience at Starbucks today. Apparently showing basic affection is suddenly a problem now? Instead of treating customers with respect, staff acted judgmental and made the situation uncomfortable for no reason. We weren’t being disruptive, loud, or inappropriate, yet were treated like we were doing something wrong. If your employees are going to enforce “rules,” maybe they should actually know them first. Very slow service, taste is off.
This morning while getting my coffee and bagel in this drive thru, I was a bit disappointed. Usually there always on point with my orders. But today my bagel being very but I mean very hard as ROCK, as well it tasted old. I did ask for extra toast but this was ridiculous, couldn’t even cut in half! I’m not one to complain but I think Starbucks can do better.
