Erika is rude. She’s the Mexican lady with blonde hair. Worst customer service and all the workers do is talk the whole time we’ll all the customers are waiting. They need a change of management with all these bad reviews
This Starbucks has the worst customer service. They messed up my drink and then they charged me for their error. Instead of apologizing and fixing the error. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Never coming back to this Starbucks. I felt like I was being lectured, as if I were a student who had done something wrong—just because I ordered a customized drink. Even though I still left a tip, the whole experience was uncomfortable and disappointing.

This is a serious complaint!!! There were six staff members working at this store today, and they all seemed very busy. My girlfriend and I ordered a coffee and a dragon fruit drink. Later, I needed a cup of iced water. I waited by the counter for quite a while, but not a single staff member acknowledged me. During that time, all of them deliberately avoided eye contact with me.
