It’s the little things. This doesn’t feel like a Starbucks. I came in no one acknowledged me or said hi or smiled like other SB does. The girl was friendly but it wasn’t genuine felt robotic. Didn’t even ask my name ! That’s SB cornerstone (personalization). Didn’t ask if I wanted anything in my drink or recommendations. Not even something as simple as to telling me if I’m going ti use cash or card. It’s not a SB this staff needs a change. Clean and very neat, staff is very friendly!!
It was horrible service, the girl kept talking to her coworkers while taking my order, she gave me the wrong drink because she added vanilla to a matcha I ordered regular and the cup of another of my drinks was full of milk on the outside, she didn't tell me my total or give me my receipt because again she was talking to her coworkers, I don't think it's fair to pay for this service in which there were 4 workers and the place was not full and they still made my order wrong
