They never have anything
Place is always closed even though the schedule on Google Maps says it’s open. I came once around 10 AM and it was closed when they supposed to open at 8AM - and another day I came around 11:00 AM and the barista just said “we are closed”.
It’s the little things. This doesn’t feel like a Starbucks. I came in no one acknowledged me or said hi or smiled like other SB does. The girl was friendly but it wasn’t genuine felt robotic. Didn’t even ask my name ! That’s SB cornerstone (personalization). Didn’t ask if I wanted anything in my drink or recommendations. Not even something as simple as to telling me if I’m going ti use cash or card. It’s not a SB this staff needs a change.
