the individual with pink hair has zero interest in properly serving drive thru customers…….shaken espressos were visibly shaken in cups rather than shakers so all of the syrup was at the bottom of the cup, gross…..consistently made to feel unimportant at this location, will travel out of my way to go to a better one where im at least paid attention to
I was surprised to see some bad reviews for this place, I'm sure they have some practices that can be improved but as far as drink quality, it's top tier! I actually avoid other starbucks to come to this one bc they are the only ones that pull a consistent shot. If you like brown sugar shaken espressos, thisnis your place!
The people that work here are very nice, but other than that I’ve never seen a Starbucks that likes to make you late for work more than this one, it doesn’t matter if I order 20 minutes early or 10 minutes early I’m still waiting 10 to 15 minutes every single time I get there. It doesn’t matter if I do drive in or in store pick up I still watch 5+ people get served before me.
