They made us wait for 20 minutes to get 2 cake pops. They are so rude.
Service inside the shop often takes quite a while as far as receiving your order, but the staff is super friendly. Overall a great location.
I've had a few good experiences here on the positive side, but the majority of them have been negative. Recently, with a very rude window person who seemed like she didn't want to be there. She shouldn't be. Additionally, the place seems like it's closed early all of the time for various, peculiar reasons.
