My go to starbucks in Bowie MD. Friendly baristas. I learned the drink i wanted is a latte, not a cappuccino.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a drink with a double shot of espresso, which I paid for, but the barista (Alissa) insisted she had already added them and refused to remake it when I explained it didn’t taste right. I made it clear I wasn’t trying to argue—I just wanted my drink corrected. Instead, she became verbally loud to the point that other customers could hear. I'm in the drive thru and this is the slowest location I've ever been to!
Please update the hours this is the 2nd Starbucks that I came to where they are not open like it’s posted via Google. Very inconvenient to have to go somewhere else.
