Beautiful experience every time
Terrible service here. They are vastly under staffed leading to employee low morale. Management has given up on this location which is shocking as this is a fairly new location, in a highly prestigious area. And the auto pre scripted responses are false. They don't care even if you do follow up.
First time was slow service, but every other time has been great! Tried a couple new drink options and lived them....berry matcha and pistachio lattes are super!
Terrible customer service. Everyone in this location seems burnt out.
