Okay so basically I had to pay for my Starbucks in quarters bc I’m broke and the workers were so rude to me about it. They visibly moaned and groaned when I handed the money to them, especially the woman that was working I think she was a manager or something and I’m pretty sure she had colored hair but they were very rude. If I acted like that at my job I would be fired to say the least. It’s 2026 you should be respectful regardless of what customers pay in.
Got my birthday drink and the order came out great. The drink was made exactly how I requested it. The staff was friendly and quick even though it was busy. Everything was prepared neatly and tasted really good. A solid experience and l appreciated the birthday treat.
I want to recognize a barista named Nakeisha for outstanding service. She greeted me warmly, clarified my order, and delivered it with attention to every detail. She even brought a small container of cream, my water exactly as requested, and checked to see if I needed anything else. I later learned she is a new hire. Management would benefit from having the entire team model the level of service she provided. The staff overall seemed focused, but she set the gold standard.
