This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The most friendliest staff.
The staff is super friendly and attentive which is great because i come from conroe to bring my dad to UTMB and i have "worries" on my mind. The coffee was amazing!
Amanda was an absolute nightmare!! I placed a mobile order, I walked inside and it wasn’t ready, totally okay I’ll wait. But 15 minutes goes by and apparently someone forgot to make my drink…I asked to speak to the manager on shift and was told her name is Amanda…she was so disgusting and rude, absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
