Love my Pumpkin Chai Tea
Went in with my son to get a birthday treat when we were standing at the register one of, 3 or 4 of the birestas in the store at the time said they were only taking online and drive through orders. For a company that has always prided them self on customer service and the friendly barista that knows your name and your order. This experience did not live up to that.
