I usually love it here everyone was nice in the drive thru but the food was gross my wrap was cold, I wish there was a way I could get my money back...

I don’t think I’ve ever waited so long for one cup of coffee.
Walked in with my friend and we stood at the counter 5 minutes without a SINGLE employee (there was about 6) greeting us or acknowledging that we stood at the counter. I understand that the drive thru is a priority but saying hello to a customer and acknowledging their existence is an expectation. There was such a "mean girl vibe" in there. We walked out without ordering anything and very angry.
