Waited 30 mins in the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. The way it's set up, once your in the line, there's no way out. You're doomed.
Decided I would get Starbucks before going shopping. It’s 7am and no line. When I get to the drive thru, the employee named Kelly, she wears glasses, very rude in the drive thru as I’m ordering. Has an attitude to her tone. Not a way for anyone to start their morning. Save your time to go to the Otsego Starbucks that is 5 minutes away, staff is lovely over there!
We were in line for 20 minutes with a online mobile order with three drinks and 2 “treats” one drink came out with the two “treats” within 4 minutes or so, watched one of our drinks with a drive through tag on it get put on the in person table still took 10 minutes for our third drink
This staff is AMAZING!!!!!!! We were visiting from out of town for a hockey tournament! We did a pickup order. Ended up placing it at the wrong location 18 minutes away. These girls/ladies were so kind and helpful! Not only did they fulfill our order. They did it with a smile. They were so kind, pleasant, helpful, and understanding!!!!!!
