This Starbucks never fails to disappoint. ☺️ The staff in the drive thru (specifically the man with piercings) are always rude. Never a smile, not even the slightest bit of joy in their voice. Horrible customer service every single time. If you can’t fake a smile for 5 seconds find a new job!! Way too cold in this Starbucks. Need a long sleeve sweater and long sleeve pants to sit inside. If it’s warm outside and you dressed in shorts you’ll be shivering.
My mom walked in to get a coffee the other morning because the drive through was very long. She waited 5 mins before an employee even came up to her. The employee did not take her name at all. She proceeded to wait 30 MINUTES for her drink in the store. When a worker saw her standing there for a while she asked for her name, my mom told them no one took her name. So the worker asked what drink she had, and proceeded to give her the drink hot instead of iced (she asked for iced). The worker remade the drink and still proceede... read more
