3 consecutive times they got my order wrong, lack of structure, productivity and professionalism is second to socializing. Why is there flies always back there
The young woman at the counter worked graciously and maintained impeccable customer service even though the store went from 1 person to about 15 in the matter of minutes. She handled orders, made coffee, and heated food alone. She did a great job and the coffee was good.
Today was my 2nd time trying this location and I wish I asked for the young lady’s name today because she was absolutely amazing, not only did she deliver outstanding customer service but she also made our drinks perfectly . The first time I tried this location it was the complete opposite experience however today completely changed my perception and I will be back again Its rare when my iced caramel macchiato is made CORRECTLY and this young lady made ALL 3 drinks i ordered for my family and I perfectly .
