I ordered a grande chai latte on doordash with extra hot with oatmilk. Starbucks is saying that doordash says that I selected no chai, FOR A CHAI TEA. The order is Grande, Oatmilk, and no FOAM. My cup was half full and not extra hot. This location is less than 5 minutes away. Michelle the manager is busy in a meeting in the mid morning and unable to speak.
