I went today with my stepdaughter and the guy was working in the front was not very nice and when he made our drinks they were terrible and messy and watery , I drank alittle bit of mine and threw it away and my daughter said her was not good either. I will not be coming back to this location. I’ll stick with the actual Starbucks in Alvin by Home Depot.
this morning i went to go pick up my drinks because i had ordered from the app. Never again. The baristas name was connor, worst employee, didn’t even make any of my drinks correct. i ordered a frappe for one of the orders and he gave me a liquid drink that was almost halfway and wasn’t even at the top. He forgot to put sweet cream cold foam on all my drinks and the drizzle, i had to tell him like more than 5 times and he also forgot my chocolate curls so i told him to put them in the drink and he put chocolate drizzle inste... read more
It is getting hard to go to this location. They got rid of the good help. Today the wait was too long. I had to leave and go to McDonalds for coffee. Second time!
came yesterday the lady who helped me was nice and my drink came out good ,realistically there is gonna be a larger wait time but that’s completely normal when there’s only one employee.
