The guy that made my coffee and took my order was very nice, I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and it was delicious I love coming by to Kroger and getting my coffee or refresher

Usually it’s fine here. Today I got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it had particles floating in it.I brought it back and asked if that looked right to them. The guy said he would remake it with colder milk (pretty sure he used the same milk to remake it the second time). After he gave me the second one I showed him the particles in the milk and the lady beside him suggested blending it again… Just ended up leaving and throwing the coffee away.
