Corporate, no wonder you're company is going downhill. I work in the service industry so I try to complain rarely but if you want to prioritize mobile orders then cough up the money to schedule another employee. I left the line but don't worry I went to Dunkin.
Whoever the new girl working today is does not need to be in customer service. She is so rude. She keeps making my drinks wrong so I asked if there was espresso in it and she replied “can’t you see it on top?” No I can’t, that’s why I asked. Janie, Rhi, and Valencia are all so nice.
Every morning when I stop in and get my coffee, I get so happy when I see that Janie is there, she makes my coffee right every single time and she’s always so nice. Honestly, seeing her in the morning, makes my morning better every day and I leave in a positive mood. The world needs more Janie’s.

We got one of those at Krogers in town and country. It's cool! Wonder if they are hiring.
