slowest workers on the earth and they close the line when they get more then 3 drinks at a time! ridiculous and they always make sure they make your order wrong

I’ve only been there twice and didn’t spend money either time. First time was about a year ago and I wasn’t waited on for 8 minutes so I left. They seemed busy and understaffed. Most recently, server had head down counting money, perhaps, but she did look up and asked what I wanted. I asked if they served oatmeal and she said no and her head went back down. Starbucks elsewhere carry oatmeal or at least offer an explanation.

I got a iced caramel macchiato and it tasted so so bad. This location cannot make them right at all

I’ve tried this Starbucks multiple times. Stroop Rd. Each time there is NO LINE and I’m left waiting at the register well over 10 mins. Staff don’t look or address anyone standing to say hey there’s a wait or anything. They have the audacity to ignore the customer and are on their phones then touching cups and equipment and chatting with each other. They simply show they do not care. Disgusting service.

Corporate, no wonder you're company is going downhill. I work in the service industry so I try to complain rarely but if you want to prioritize mobile orders then cough up the money to schedule another employee. I left the line but don't worry I went to Dunkin.
