I’ve only been to this location a couple of times and each time was a bad experience. Either my drink has tasted bad or the customer service was unprofessional. About a month or two ago I ordered a Strawberry Açaí lemonade refresher and the drink didn’t taste very pleasant so I went back and ordered a Pink drink instead and that drink didn’t taste very well either. Mitch at Starbucks was seriously amazing! He was super friendly and made the whole experience feel personal, like he genuinely cared about making my drink just right. His vibe was chill but professional, and he handled the busy rush with such ease that it didn’t feel chaotic at all. Honestly, Mitch’s great attitude and skills made my visit way better than I expected—definitely a star employee! Best manager ever!!!
Whoever the barista was today is wonderful. Despite being busy he was so nice, positive, and made conversation with every customer there while taking orders and making food and drinks solo. Despite being solo he got orders to customers including me very quickly. Very nice experience.
