Management needs to focus on cleaning the bathroom. It was good, but then it wasn't good the second time up. I noticed, looking at the sinks, bathrooms/cleanliness hasn't been upkept.
Staff had a really hard time understanding how to use an old mag stripe gift card that has never given me a problem at any other Starbucks location. They also wanted me to swipe on a hand held reader through the drive through. After I responded that the gift card was too old to have a chip reader I was asked if it had tap functionality. It most certainly is an Starbucks of all time.

Great coffee as always
It's expensive for what your getting. Their competition does it better, for less money. It's the iPhone of coffee shops, you pay extra for the trendy brand name thats not as good, but you're somehow convinced its better because it costs more.
