Go here all the time. Was told I could not get a water or pup cup with out buying a coffee. Asked why I couldn't just buy a water and was told this is not allowed. Dodge City starbucks is a joke that's for sure.
Management needs to focus on cleaning the bathroom. It was good, but then it wasn't good the second time up. I noticed, looking at the sinks, bathrooms/cleanliness hasn't been upkept.
Staff had a really hard time understanding how to use an old mag stripe gift card that has never given me a problem at any other Starbucks location. They also wanted me to swipe on a hand held reader through the drive through. After I responded that the gift card was too old to have a chip reader I was asked if it had tap functionality. It most certainly is an Starbucks of all time.
