I went to starbucks and the guy helping me, willy or billy took 3 minutes to even come to the window and greet me; meanwhile he was cleaning up and my drinks were at the counter. He never once greeted me untill he was about to give me my drink. On top of that he was going to give me a doordash order, took forever with my change and i had to ask 2 times for a simple straw! And the dude looked confused lol
Great experience!! Good brown sugar cortado and Chloe was very friendly and bubbly! Great vibe and customer service
