I just got my grande caramel Frappuccino, and it tastes like water… this doesn’t taste like coffee at all, I miss it when they used to actually make good coffees here
I had made a mistake and mobile my drink to a different Starbucks location and Billy was so kind as to make it right for me today & got me my protein Matcha! I would have been late for work and it had already been a stressful day so I appreciate his kindness and professionalism overall! 10/10 service thanks to him.
Literally the fastest and kindest Starbucks I’ve been to. Xerius was super friendly and patient while I grabbed my money to pay for the drinks and food that was already prepared when I pulled up to the front window, and the drive-through had no line. They were just that fast! I will definitely be making this my main spot!
I went to starbucks and the guy helping me, willy or billy took 3 minutes to even come to the window and greet me; meanwhile he was cleaning up and my drinks were at the counter. He never once greeted me untill he was about to give me my drink. On top of that he was going to give me a doordash order, took forever with my change and i had to ask 2 times for a simple straw! And the dude looked confused lol
