I always order a venti pink drink with light coconut milk and the barista said she can’t do that? Weird when I always order that way. She said she would have to put more ice in it bc how else would she substitute the coconut milk…. So I asked for more base and she said no. Just weird and she was very rude about it and said Starbucks scams you and puts water in it… I don’t think that is the case I think that’s just how horrible of a barista she is

I hate to write this review and rate the service a 4 however there is one particular employee that for some reason does not give me the level of service that I’ve witnessed him give other patrons. I frequent this location often before work. I tried to chalk it up as it being his personality but after today I just left feeling that there is maybe someone that he has preconceived of me based on appearance. I was greeted buy a very friendly man who was very patient with me as I did not know what I wanted. He walked me there are a few ideas from the menu. What's my choice was made a lovely lady created my drink to perfection. I will come here again, and again, and again.
