This Starbucks location is consistently disappointing. It appears that they do not understand what extra ice means. My drinks always don’t taste like coffee. Every time I come to this location, my drink is made wrong. I used to work at Starbucks (in 2022), and unless Starbucks has changed its guidelines about how much ice is considered extra ice, it appears that this location’s drinks could be improved.
