Extremely disappointing. It is worth noting that this all happened at around 7 am, not right before closing, or some weird off hour. This was a standard operating time. I'm sorry for the length of this review but it feels necessary. As a drive thru coffee place, you would think one of the main priorities of this business would be service with kindness.
