The Manager is horrible! Was waiting with my 2 kids for a mozzarella sandwich that was ready in the counter the he ignored me completely! Super disrespectful!

Normally when I go to Starbucks on my way to work, I always use the drive-thru. Today, I decided to take the time to go inside and place my order in person — and I was wonderfully surprised. I was helped by an older gentleman, perhaps over 75 years old, who could easily have been my father. His service was truly special. He was working at the register and took my order with the best attitude — smiling, even singing when I gave him my name.
