It's very confusing. I got charge 1 extra dollar for 1 extra scoop of matcha. I've been drinking matcha latte at Starbucks for one year almost every day. Never was charged for extra scoop. I understand employees have no idea because it's the system not them who ring the price. So...maybe management should provide this info and why. The barista member basically told me to have a good day and she wasn't able to make change from 100.00 bill and the total was 41.06 when I asked to speak to a manager she dated she was on break when the manager just went into a closed area she made me wait for at least 30 mins and no one was in the line as she gathered other items for pick up orders no one greeted me when I'm I cam in and she didn't even want to apply the discount for the items that were on the shelf that I selected from the merchandise wall I will never pat... read more
