I've been to many other Starbucks locations in and of of Pennsylvania. I have had good experiences in all of them until thos location in Hamburg. I waited awhile for help.and when someone finally helped me, I got an attitude. Then I wanted my " free" refill, I got totally tired of waiting that time and left. Much better service and atmosphere in Allentown location!
It was so loud with music and my friend ordered black coffee, yet her order was given after 3 others came and ordered and received their order.
Really good lavender latte
This place is pretty gross and weird you have a couple that obviously works here and spends their spare time here? They also comment and laugh at customers and smirk to themselves .A tall white woman and a white man sitting to right the man has a beard and hat and and glasses they are here all the time as she causally goes up to the counter and gets cup after cup her hair pulled up in a ponytail acts like she lives here blue jeans and black boots……MGT or the owner please fix this very very uncomfortable 5/6/2026 8:20am it’s ... read more
