I wanted to share some feedback about an experience I had this morning, as well as something I feel has changed about Starbucks over the years. I honestly miss the good old days when Starbucks seemed to put more emphasis on making things right for customers. I remember when, if an order was made incorrectly or a customer had to wait an unusually long time, employees would apologize and sometimes give you one of those cards for a complimentary drink on your next visit.
