Hoy realicé un pedido en la tienda a la 1:29 p. m. y mi orden fue entregada aproximadamente 20 minutos después, a pesar de que la tienda se encontraba prácticamente vacía. Durante ese tiempo observé que los empleados se pusieron a reponer productos y realizar otras tareas en lugar de preparar mi pedido. Considero que, cuando no hay clientes esperando, la prioridad debería ser atender los pedidos ya realizados. Had my dog, my wife and I ordered at drive thru let the attendant know we were eating outside on their patio. Refused free refill unless purchased inside, where I can’t bring my dog
The Baristas here are so nice sometimes it's just a little bit more effort into being personal that makes such a difference as appropriate. They made my coffee perfectly and were very mindful to detail & polite & conscientious . I definitely recommend this Starbucks.
