I would give this place 0 stars, but since I can't, I'll use my words. The Starbucks suite is unsuitable for customers to consume the food and beverages as the vents are FILLED with dust. I have severe asthma and I coughed uncontrollably while there. Not only that, I have witnessed one of the managers being super disrespectful with several of the baristas, and I truly believe that it is undeniably unprofessional. It breaks my heart that the baristas work super hard, and then they have 'that' manager.
I travel the world, no exaggeration but this is the only one I enjoy near home. All staff are amazing but Ivan Cross; that’s a real leader, he is always patient and pleasant. I sometimes ask that he specifically make my drink and he happily obliges.
Great store. All the staff were very polite and caring. Aiden was a great help and caring.
Went here after eating at cava. I had the iced matcha which was very good. One of my favorites
