Every Friday I try to order a blended Frappuccino on the app. Always says “sold out”. Finally called after many weeks. Was told it is the blender that keeps breaking down. Owners need to get a new one especially since you remodel the place very nicely.
Most people are super nice here, and most starbucks' are good. This one has one bad apple.
The matcha latte was filled with dairy and not what i asked, on top of that the worker who was working alone that day had attitude and had horrible customer service, worst matcha i ever got. This starbucks needs to take notes from the starbucks at target.
