Constantly slow service, too busy chit chatting with friends and making samples instead of making drinks always wait 5-10 PAST when is supposed to be ready.
Every Friday I try to order a blended Frappuccino on the app. Always says “sold out”. Finally called after many weeks. Was told it is the blender that keeps breaking down. Owners need to get a new one especially since you remodel the place very nicely.
Most people are super nice here, and most starbucks' are good. This one has one bad apple.
