I just ordered a venti hot matcha green tea latte at riverstone location and requested adding whipped cream on top and no syrups. It turned out they didn’t add the whipped cream on top.
I came in this morning, asking if one of the food items available and upon initial review the staff said they were out of stock. I was a bit sad about it, but it’s understandable. However the senior staff Dustin, went the extra mile and came over to my seat minutes later and surprised me with the item I was excited for. Made my day.
Their coffee is so bad for a Starbucks coffee shop. The quality is terrible. You must be lucky enough to get a good drink from there.
