Way too many times this location has messed up my order. Ordered the same drink I usually do but wanted to add vanilla syrup for sweetening. the barista totally removed the cream and guess what I have coffee with just the syrup. Husband got the same drink, and added more sweet cream, his came out fine! Same order. My question to husband, why did you not have them correct it! He says it took 25 mins to get this one! He was happy to swap with me vs. waiting another 25 mins

Doordashed chocolate croissants and a couple of drinks. The first order had the drinks but no croissants. No big deal. Reordered the croissants on Doordash. Tell me why they gave me an empty bag. Why not just cancel the order and not have me pay delivery fees for an empty bag? Unreal
i had an ap statistics tutoring there and the ambeince was perfect so i can concentrate and lock in. after, i got a falafel pocket, brownie, and caramel frappucinno. normally, my frappes would have less caramel than i expected, but they pumped it up so much that i felt happiness i never felt before. thank you to whoever put that much caramel in my frappe!
This particular store needs to clean or power wash the outside seating area. The Patio seating area for this store was dirty. Sticky stained floors and tables need to be cleaned up. The inside of the store was clean and well kept.
