I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I purchased 10 gift cards to give out for my daughter’s birthday, only to find out that every single one of them had been compromised. The funds were somehow drained and used in Canada before I could even hand them out. When I went back to the store to resolve this, the manager was completely dismissive. Instead of taking ownership of the fact that their store sold compromised cards, they showed zero empathy and told me it "wasn't their problem." ... read more
This particular store needs to clean or power wash the outside seating area. It's not a high traffic location so there's no excuse for that seating spot to have that grimmy sticky look about it.
Baristas be half assing their job too much.
