super slow, and my hot chocolate was made with water not steamed milk.
SLOW!
I ordered a lavender iced latte and they didn't mix the drink. Which they noticed after they handed it to me. They apparently tried to fix it but it still was not mixed and tasted awful. My favorite barista/manager Taylor wasn't there and I know she wouldn't have allowed that to happen.
