Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Was the only person in line and all the workers just stared at me and continued working instead of taking my order. I stood there until later a lady ended up helping me, lady put in the wrong order and blamed it on me for not knowing what I wanted when she tried to put in a custom order for an item not even on the menu. On top of that, after getting the order wrong, she inputted the wrong size, delaying the wrong again Ridiculous and wouldn’t come back
This chic currently gave me a mocha frap when I specifically said Carmel frap twice and then proceeded to give me the ribbon crunch when I never said that. I understand people can have bad days but I literally said it like two three times
