The GenZ barista stood there and didn't say a word to me when I arrived at the counter. I had to initiate the conversation. Then, while talking, the employee was talking about how they were so tired and did not want to be there. Please train your employees to be friendly, alert, and even if they are tired, to not rant to the customers.
Should not be told it will be a 15 minute wait. With 3 people behind me. Just because you have a ton of mobile orders. I am here at the register right now. Mobile orders can wait. A customer that is actively at your location should always be served first. Will never again be visiting any further Starbucks locations. You have permanently lost all my business.
The barista, Cameron, was not only working alone on the line today, but was also giving EXCEPTIONAL service. He made me feel welcome, valued, and even though he was working alone, expedited my visit to the best of his ability. Thank you for making my day, and I truly hope you have an amazing rest of yours as well. Keep rocking it, bro!! You da man 🫡
