I originally walked into the store to place my order, since I was already in the same strip-mall for an event. However not ONE person greeted me, asked to take my order, or even welcomed me into the establishment. SEVERAL employees looked at me, yet no one budged; not even the employee standing at the register. I instead had to walk out and place a mobile order. I had an outstanding experience at the Starbucks inside the Kroger on University Blvd, entirely thanks to Sidney. Her customer service is truly exceptional. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what she does, but she also works with impressive speed and efficiency. It is rare to encounter someone with such a high level of expertise and dedication to their craft. She is a phenomenal asset to this location.
Majority of the times I've visited, I've waited patiently as 3-4 staff chattered among themselves for several minutes, completely ignoring me. The lattes are not right at all, maybe there's something wrong with their machine because while I generally do not like Starbucks espresso, it's particularly poor at this location. Really wish they wouldn't take customers for granted.
Clean and spacious, but, they don’t have Starbucks Wi-Fi, instead, we have to use Kroger Wi-Fi. The speed is absolutely not for regular work. See photo. What on earth for 6Mbps(that is, <1MB/s) nowadays in a Starbucks. No wonder almost nobody sit here.
