I placed a mobile order and had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. When my chocolate croissant was ready, the employee came over and set it on the counter despite me standing there with my hand out to receive it. I then watched my drink sit unfinished while other orders were being made. It took several more minutes before anyone completed it, and when I finally received it, it was made incorrectly and was missing the cinnamon topping that normally comes on the Banana Bread Matcha.
