I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Sunday, August 2, at approximately 8:05–8:10 p.m. I stopped by to ask a simple question about whether the store offered gift cards. Instead of answering professionally, the employee repeatedly told me the store was closed in a rude and dismissive tone. The staff were very professional, and the space was spacious, clean, and neatly arranged. I was particularly impressed by the large mural; it created a striking contrast with the relaxation area. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, with a well-planned seating layout suitable for meeting friends, small group discussions, or finding a quiet corner to work. First time here it states they open at 430am I arrived at 530am and went through the drive thru and no one took my order I drove to the window and there stood 2 young person with their headphones on and ignored me as the customer. Better customer is needed here I’ve never experienced this before at Starbucks
