Alyssa is not a pleasant soul. Never smiled just DRY.
Requested a re-make on two grande Non-dairy Sweet Vanilla Cold Brews because it was totally gross tasting. Re-make tasted the same. I suspect they weren't using cold brew because it tasted like bad burnt coffee both times.
