I went there with a friend as a treat. And went to my go to order refresher dragon fruit lemonade no ice blended(so the bit can fit through the straw.) And was met with confusion as to why I wanted it blended no ice. So the barista took it upon herself to add ice to blend it. Ruining my drink as I do not consume ice outside of my home. Perhaps a quick reminder that the customer knows how they like their drink and they should follow the sticker on the cup. This location is two for two on ruining my order
The coffee wasn't made the way I ordered it. Dixon Starbucks is always disappointing, they are rude, make a mistake or take for ever to get the order.
