Service and coffee are consistently good.
Walk in staff backs turn in a conversation. Was greeting once the young lady completed what she was doing. My matcha latte tastes like water. Then I left the change off $5.03 gave $$6.00. Was there on 4-7 hot Matcha latte was perfect . Reason why i returned never again.
I work in retail as well and can be very understanding but seriously new staff needs training on customer service. They’ve been getting orders wrong lately even tho I order from usuals. I ordered a Frappuccino and didn’t have coffee it was all white as a cream Frappuccino. When I mentioned I never said I wanted a creme Frappuccino the barista seemed annoyed and had the nerve to lie to my face and tell me it had coffee. We are not stupid. On the other hand Cassie deserves 5 stars it is always a pleasant experience with her.
Cold brew tasted more like burned iced coffee and ruined the drink. Very bitter.
