3rd time this month ordering a VENTI PECAN CRUNCH OR PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE that is not filled up or has no flavor to it. I don't know if this is a new team or what, but this drink is damn near $7 and I always leave a tip. This is not cool or ok with me. I work overnight, usually grab my drink around 755pm before I have to clock in at 8pm, so by the time I get to my drink, Starbucks is closed and I can't call or go back to complain.
