Never again!!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! Cashier was clueless, Barista was clueless, manager was nowhere to be found!! Waited for 15 min (only one in the lobby/4 cars in the drive through) for 2 very simple drinks. THEN when i get outside, i realized that my venti drink was filled to the top with ice. Probably 4oz of liquid in a $8.00 drink. No time to complain, i was on a time limit to get to a meeting. You got me once.......Not again
I stopped there this morning and went inside for my purchase. From the initial person who took my order, to the person behind the counter and up until the last person to hand me my order was nothing short of extremely rude and unfriendly service. So much for Christmas cheer…if it is that difficult to make a customer feel appreciated for patronizing your establishment then they clearly should not be working there. Do better… Oh, and they got my order wrong on top of it.
