I visited the store in the morning and, unfortunately, I received the wrong drink. When I attempted to clarify the situation with Gerson, he raised his voice at me in an unprofessional manner. This confrontation was shocking and completely unnecessary, as I was simply trying to resolve an honest mistake. I believe that customer service should be grounded in respect and understanding. We visited for a quick drink whilst in the Seaport area. I wanted to give a special mention to the team here, everyone is very kind and makes you feel welcome. Especially the barista with the pink hair, she was very cheerful and energetic which was a real delight. Keep up the good work!
