They are severely understaffed. Mobile orders take priority. So if you don’t have about 45 minutes to wait go to Duncan across the hall.
These ladies need to get it together. Five workers and only one is making drinks and the others are standing around. There were only three people online in front of me, and yet I still had to wait 15 minutes for my drink.
Very busy, long line and long wait time. Got my drink and it was the complete wrong thing that had been rung in and I did not realize. Somehow oatmilk matcha turned into cafe latte made with milk I could not drink. I ended up just tossing it in the trash and leaving.
