7/18/26 2:40pm: I ordered a Venti Iced Espresso with less ice, but it still came with more ice than drink. I’ve ordered it this way many times before, and this is the first time I’ve received such a small amount. Customer service at location is terrible I stood for 15 minutes infront of counter no one want to take my order then after standing 15 minutes I left.
