Service is just too slow for an airport location. Cashier is on her phone between each customer. Fully staffed with 5 staff but simply working at 1/4 speed.
This is a Starbucks near gate A18 in Logan Airport. It specializes trying to make as much food and drinks as possible, regardless of customer needs. I bought food and drinks for 4 people. Hot and cold items. The cold items arrived right away, which was good because we were running late for our flight. However the person heating and packing hot items only did that, no-one delivered even if i asked one of the team members for our food as we were late.
