The line moved fast which is nice for an airport, but they don't know their own drinks. Asked for the s'mores chai and instead they gave me a chai with chocolate sauce at the bottom of the cup. When I went back to the counter to clarify after checking my receipt, they said they don't have s'mores and that is the closest they have. S'mores has marshmallow sauce with chocolate drizzle. Worst Starbucks ever!! Stupidity is toppic with this staff. Had two personal cups for two drinks. First the cashier forgot one of the two personal cups on the register, so I am missing my personal cup bonus stars. They even didn’t know that you get bonus stars with the use of a personal cup! Then they mixed up the cups. Put the latte macchiato in the Chai cup and the Chai in the Coffee cup. Only one of the barista's said sorry. The other one's didn't even care! My wife just had a horrible experience. Staff did not acknowledge her waiting patiently. Her drink was awful. Will never buy a drink again at this location.
