Love this Starbucks location at the Florida mall in front of the conference center. All the employees are very nice and friendly and quick. The relaxing ambience is great too.
Staff is always nice and quick..however please teach them ALL how to make shaken espresso with cold foam. It’s such a hit and miss and most times too much cold foam is put in the cup. Today I received a venti cup with the appropriate amount of the drink (perfect) and then the rest of the cup (which is almost half) was filled with cold foam which made the drink super light, weak, and sweet
I went in to go get cup of water they charge theb got the nerve to say oh it's the hotel well that is terrible. I said oh Starbucks never charged for water and I went to the one in Macy's much better they were kinder etc oh and free water and they should be ashamed of themselves in a hotel. Where's the hospitality please fix this oh and I have stood here before in past and they giving me issues to spend the night
