Came from airport, ordered ahead at 5:00a (store opening) to pick up order shortly after. When I showed up at 5:10a the lights were off and nobody was in the Starbucks. I confirmed with the Nouria worker they should be open by 5a but they stroll in late every day and wouldn’t even begin making my order until about 5:40a. Left without my order or my money back. Either change your hours or your management.
We drive through just now the girl say she cannot make a Frappuccino cause the dishes are in the sink what does it even that means ?
