These guys are constantly out of chocolate and can't make mochas. I am extremely upset. Called the headquarters in seattle and got customer service and it was out of the country These guys are in side a grocery store. They could just go to the shelf and grab some chocolate and make a coffee but they would rather just stand there and do nothing. Never going to Starbucks here again!!!

I have been giving this Starbucks chance after chance with these drinks and I’m honestly fed up. Almost every time I get my regular strawberry açaí refresher or coffee beverage it’s watered down somehow and the coffee just taste like straight milk. Even when I would modify the drink and try to make it better it never helps one bit. The amount of time and money I have waisted is very unfortunate.
