Didnt get my drink even though I ordered with 30 minutes before boarding, the person making my drink would only make the drinks that were larger in size. As a service worker you make the drinks that comes down the line in order. Actually stupid don’t waste your time or money. I also go no refund not worth it.
These girls take pride in being mean. I mean flat out rude to your face. Repulsive behavior. These girls are asking for legal problems. All these stressed out people in this airport, these girls are not thinking.
By far the slowest service at any airport. Waiting in line for 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee, with only 6 individuals was disappointing. Either hire more people or get moving. One or the other!
Luke warm coffee with poor customer service but located in a nice area near the B gates at Boston Logan airport I ordered a tall coffee and with pumpkin spice. Received a lukewarm cup of coffee with no pumpkin spice. The female who made my coffee appeared irritated when I showed her the receipt then asked if I still wanted the pumpkin spice…hello I paid an extra $1.00 for it duh She then gave it to me on the side…no apologies offered as if it was my fault she messed up the order.
