This facility allowed a homeless lady to come in and harass the PAYING customers. This lady was inside demanding men to pay for her coffee. I witnessed several men say no and one particular man kept telling the lady to leave him alone while he was waiting in line. This went on for about 10-15 mins with this lady. I made a mobile order and I ordered 2 matcha latte with extra strawberry foam and light ice and they made my order wrong they didn't even add strawberry foam. 😡 this is the 2 time they didn't add strawberry foam. I spent 26 dollars THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
I don't usually write reviews because most Starbucks staff are friendly and accommodating. But something was off today at this place because the girl who took my order gave me an attitude about my green tea questions (it was 2, and they were follow ups). Then the guy who gave me my drink was equally unpleasant. Hope they have a better day tomorrow.
Well it’s about time I leave a wonderful review for this branch. Been coming to this branch every time my wife goes to shop at Marshall’s.!All the staff are amazing they welcome you when you come and take your order or you can order from the app. No matter what you order by app or just walk in it’s taken with a smile on the faces. It gives me a personal praise whenever they write something on my cup! Thanks guys for doing these uplifting words! And of course your never ending great customer service!
