11/15/25 9am. 1st they got my drink order mixed up. Then while eating my breakfast sandwich I found a hair in my sandwich.🤢 there were 3 ladies working and gave the impression of not wanting to be there. Unfriendly and barely spoke 2 words, just asked"hot" or "cold"? .The jalapeno chicken pocket was gross, no flavor, chalky texture. The hot coffee drinks were bland and tasted like sugary milk. There should be higher standards put in place.

I don't get any food here so I can rate it. Great coffee, always fresh, made correctly and services friendly and good.

This location was in Morton Plant hospital. I left the emergency room while the staff was taking my husband for a CT scan and went searching desperately for some tea. I heard the cafeteria was a complicated trek so I saw this Starbucks and asked for a Chai Latte. When I got back to the emerg ency room. I noticed I had a bitter, unsweetened tea with no trace of milk. Something comforting in a scary place should be a priority for this location.
