I am very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location inside the hospital. During my visits, I experienced repeated issues with both the customer service and the accuracy of my orders. On my most recent visit, I ordered coffee and it was served cold. When I politely brought it to their attention, the staff seemed annoyed instead of helping resolve the problem. One of the worst Latte I have ever tasted
Like 10 percent of the drinks are made correctly at this location, I’m always asking for them to remake it and I’m still stuck drinking a drink that taste terrible.
