I had a disappointing experience with the customer service from Ellen. She was not very friendly or attentive, which made the interaction feel unnecessarily unpleasant. On top of that, my drink was not filled all the way, which was frustrating considering I paid for a full drink. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would expect better customer service from someone who seemed to be training another employee. Hopefully the experience can be improved in the future.

They stand infront of the coffee , Coffee should b poured lightly to the left or right visible to customer ,.

Ended up walking out. Managers too busy chit chatting about “OMG, we’re number three in the district and i so want to be number one, so here’s what we’re going to dooo…..” so let me get in front of the register before this paying customer so I can put in an order for a bunch of drinks for my other employees “who like sooooo need it this morning”. So I left, walking right past them. Won’t be back here. Worst SB experience, ironically 100% the management.
