First of all, this place is my favorite spot. I always get my drink here before I went to work. Today, I got the wrong drink. The name on the cup was me but the drink was not right recipe. I ordered Iced vanilla protein cream shaken espresso BUT my drink did not have oat milk which it supposed to be in it. Unfurtunally, I didn't have time to go back to return it. Anyway, it was just the first time that they made the mistake. I still love this place
I was disappointed with my mobile order today. The sandwich was still frozen in the middle, and the back of the bag was soggy from another customer’s spilled drink. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I had already left the area and didn’t have time to turn around.
