This gave me a broken lid and then ignored me and didn’t give me one at all
The area around the establishment is a bit chaotic, but the Starbucks is just fine - good amount of seating, clean restrooms, fast and friendly service.

Dear Starbucks, love the idea of grabbing coffee and while on my laptop. The new policy you have where team members ask (ARE YOU BUYING SOMETHING)?? Please make sure your staff understands that isn’t an opportunity to mistreat people. It could be a hot day give me a second to pull up my app and look at the menu. Only was in the store for 5 minutes. No hello, no how is your day just ( ARE YOU BUYING SOMETHING)….. I understand rules but also can notice when I’m being mistreated.
