I’m disappointed. It was my first time trying this location, but my sandwich looked nothing like how it is advertised. I paid over $7 for a sandwich at this place, when I could have gotten better for less at a different store. There were just 2 pieces of spinach, and barely any pesto on the bread.
Robbie, the manager here, is a star. The baristas a professional, friendly and engaged. I couldn't believe how busy it was in the morning, and yet they all provided excellent, warm service. My order appeared promptly as specified. While in line waiting, I noticed one customer said the order wasn't correct. Robbie swiftly addressed the customer directly and made it right. Get your orders right. You’re next to a hospital and people rely on receiving their food. It’s really not difficult considering you have 2 cashiers, 3 associates and a personally physically making sure if orders are right. You shouldn’t miss any food like my order. Avoid or demand they get your order right
