I’m convinced that the employees here aren’t getting properly trained or they are making horrible drinks on purpose so people would stop coming in. This place doesn’t know how to properly make matcha drinks, lately EVERYTIME I ordered a Matcha drink it is never right and always bitter. You’re better off going to the ones in Beth Israel or MassArt but I’m sure that’s what this location wants
I bought matcha ice lattee in This location many times. Before that they made pretty good drink. I think they got a new barista but she did a horrible job in makeing the ice matcha latte. The last time I bought it it's super bitter and the matcha not evem blended well enough. I couldn't even drink 1/2 of it and ends up I had to throw it away cuz it's so bitter.
